Ord Minnett have set a target price for KDL of $1.60

Kimberley Diamonds Limited’s (KDL) share price has appreciated strongly from A$0.165 at the end of February last year. However, we think the price still has to catch-up with fundamental value; we initiate coverage with a Buy
(Higher Risk) recommendation and a one-year target price offering some 46% upside potential.

They go on to predict a 6c div in 2015 and up to a 12c div in 2017. That might be a bit "pie in the sky" but a least they are steak pies and not mud pies.
