    I'm confused as to what you mean post expenditure?

    If you mean that the expenditure cost is somehow going to reduce ORD's holding of Caledon I don't see that happeneing as that isn't the deal.

    The deal as far as I can see is simply up to 10% of Caledon.

    How can you dilute that Holding?
