Don't know if could really judge Frank from my attending AGM.

But yes bit young and green for CEO material for my liking. I saw Frank as a more capable lieutenant than CEO material! Prepared to give him a go, probably will make a few mistakes along the way as he gets more hands on executive experiencce but hopefully not big ones. The strength and experience of board members more attractive to me but not been ever clear how much they really contribute as board mmembers in terms of ORD's strategic direction.
