Finally - look at these people through the glasses of their culture not yours !

I understand that people have a remit or a role and they adhere to that with deference. THe evaluation of thier ability to step up is not done in public forums eg AGM's
No doubt the quality of advice and the remit to allign to the future mission with deference is in place in the new CEO.

Watch the strings pulled from SARCO the big presence to which all pay deference.

This is important I feel.

I too look forward to the upcoming events and I think SJ will be put on hold given current funding short fall, current cash is required for to see us through to LAOS.

Now IF (big IF) funds can come from CF or CCD but at this stage not a given so a conservative approach is required.

The salary is not good as it absorb the lot with little fro SJ
