    My assumption is that this interlocutory proceeding is for ASX to object to ISX changing its statement of claim to include the false and misleading statements within the ASX Statement of Reasons. My guess is that ASX will not get their way on this one since it is my understanding that ISX could just open another court case and then join the two together.
