FACT: Pallies expressely target civilian gatherings. Not even a pretence of making it a military target.
No one is defending the action of scum suicide bombers and it would appear that Israels excuss of targeting terrorist is ONLY A PRETENCE in many cases.
FACT: Pallies position their terrorist assets in civilian locations.
So Israel says. Like the shop explosion last week Israel claimed was caused by bomb making equipment in the building when footage shot by Rueters showed a projectile being shot into the building prior to the explosion.
FACT: Israel has a right to react - to respond
True but the same thing could be said of the Palestinians that they have a right to react respond to Israels actions
FACT: For Israel to target the military wing of the Pallies, they need to go to where the assetts are.
Yes they do but under international law Israel are committing a war crime if civilians are disproportionately targeted/harmed it is a bit hard to justify 10 civilian victims for every terrorist. And before you start going on about the suicide bombers disproportionately targeting civilians we already agree they are scum terrorist and should be dealt with accordingly.

I have not got an answer for this and the same question could be asked - how else can the Palestinians defend themselves against Israel?. A country that has parts of its government and no doubt population holding the view of ethnic cleansing and not acepting Palestinians right to exist.
What is clear though is Israel does not have an answer either. The current actions of both sides are not working and are only leading to more hate and violence
