it really depends how the fine print was written, i don't its clear cut as you may think.
no one in their right mind would assign ownership over, for just 8% gearing in return.
Absolute lesson in life, but the majority of people don't read the fine print and/or don't understand the fine print.
how can anyone loan out something that doesnt belong to them for profit or gain? This is very murky waters, thank god i have always resisted the margin loan offers that were spruiked to me over the past couple of years and in particular over the past 6 months.
