    As far as the reason for Wyloo Metals ("Twiggy") selling. One can only speculate. No particular reason can be stated with certainty.

    If the issue was with the company and prospects, why aren't the Germans selling? They're no mugs -- the Bunnenberg family are very successful industrialists in their own right. The Germans also hold considerably more than Twiggy.

    In the scope of things, the investment by Twiggy here is an irrelevant sum to him and the decision to divest from IPT was most likely not even made by him personally. The investment is held under Wyloo Metals and here is the management team responsible:

    FWIW, Warren Buffet was afraid to take a stake during the Covid recovery and has missed out on the upside. Just because someone is highly successful, it doesn't mean every decision they make is the correct one.
