Asx in wa will most likely be the ones releasing the Ann for the suspension being lifted first.....again referring back to the process in the sprint case, it's a precedence in just about all areas.
It might appear a bit presumptuous if we release an announcement regarding the court case before them.....maybe not, but this is my 2 cents regardless!
