This includes correspondence between Heathgate and Quasar. We believe this information to be pertinent to the case and provide a solid footing for further discovery. The application for interrogatories is still outstanding.

The request to access Heathgate's books and financial records surrounding the Four Mile project has been denied, however the independent scoping study commissioned in 2008 has already provided us with a solid basis for understanding these costs.
