So AGS will not be getting access to certain information. I'm glad they are asking for more than they will be permitted by the Courts. Smart move on their behalf as this is how we know we will get as much as is legally possible.

We are all products of living in a world of instant gratification. The Fed Court is not a fast food outlet. Calm down and let matters play out as they should.

With regard to AGS. You need to remember that the Directors are not the lawyers. Any judgements etc will need to be assessed by the legal team first and then the Directors will be advised on where we are at and then an ASX announcement can occur.

What and how quickly something pops up on a Commonwealth Courts Portal is out of AGS's control.
