Orders Update

An update.

We recently increased our packing team and facilities to allow more orders to go out, getting to your place faster.

We are currently processing over a thousand orders a day - orders placed up to 5th March have now been dispatched.

We have increased our dispatch team capacity yet again and will get the remaining orders out as quickly as possible.

We know it has been a long wait, and we want to reassure you we really are moving as quickly as possible.


So, on 17 march the company put out an announcement that among other things, on-line sales have averaged $150,000 per day.
What they have not pointed out is that they did not have, nor have now, the capacity to deal with that kind of sales numbers.
They stopped selling on-line almost 3 weeks ago, and are only up to March 5th.
My order was placed on the 14th so they still have 9 more days of orders before they even get it in the mail.
It might take them another 2 weeks just to get caught up.
In that time their retail sales in NZ and Aus will have been. NIL
By that time, the $150,000 per day has become closer to $60,000 per day.

It is possible by the time some of these orders are received, we won't need it anymore.

I like the story. I like the product.
They have made a real mess of the retail side of things, and some of the lofty forecasts as to retail numbers that will be achieved going forward are clearly unachievable.
