there is no need (expecially on this thread) for plans B,C,D....
everyone possibly has one in a bottom draw but to imply that there is "a need" is to imply that the CRASH is not happening...and that would be SPRUIKING, wouldn't it?
all of this 'nicey, nicey' about property and the 'treasure trove' of personal experience is nothing more but a sly spruik ! ! !
at the end of the day...prior to admitting that "you make money when you buy" the poster is preceding with 'there is always gemstones to find'...(sound familiar?)
again, an implication of 'ones' superior knowledge and 'constant' positivity about a property market!
in real life, as things are developing in front of our eyes, ANY PLANS of buying should be postponed !
property is falling in value and the only wise thing to do is to SIT AND WAIT for everything to crash and burn !!!
and then, amongst the smoke and dust, make a plan...
