what a lot of the proverbial---the chinese are spending large on infrastructure,i havent seen it first hand but my mate traveled there for business 12 years ago loved the place and has been back visiting as recreation for 8 months in total over the past 10 years,says its phenomenal growth,and enormous infrastructure build which china was in desperate need of to aid industrial expansion
