    My understanding is that FND will remain ASX listed (but with cash to burn from selling part of it's ownership in TSI) and TSI will be BSE listed. The next issue is how FND can then return some of that capital to its SH's, but they must have some idea (and done some background work on that) as they have mentioned that it's possible to bring cash into Aust to pay dividends.

    I think NS has also mentioned before that the extra capital may be used to expand FND into other areas outside India.

    We'll get a better idea once the IPO gets some traction and a prospectus is produced.
