Seems this might be one of those rare CR's that won't trend back towards the offer price...
Good move to limit the SPP to SH's that don't sell during the SPP period (which also strengthens the current price moving up), however, I reckon the SPP will be eagerly sought after and likely to be scaled back just as heavily as the 75%+ Institutional placement.
