You're not wrong about them looking similar. The charts looks very familiar.
Answering my own question, it's looks like CFE got their MOU signed and published end Feb. Looks like it was expected and the share price wavered a little bit after the ann. It then shot up nicely.
Hopefully SRK will get an MOU signed (or a TO for better measure) and their SP follow the same pattern.
