I do not think you are being too optimistic at all

There are currently 85 buyers (526K shares) competing for 184K shares (41 sellers) - that speaks volumes.

On ORE's website there are 9 analysts covering this impressive stock but I am not able to open any of the analyst's coverage - perhaps you can and find the information you need on the Borax business and let me know.

I am sure I read somewhere very recently that payback of their loan would be less than 12 months. As I previously mentioned this is a very low cost/high reward operation.
