good point O'K -- good to see someone posting on TGF / COV again after more than a week's silence !
I've just read through the entire Merger Document and will vote in favour even though i think COV holders are being somewhat short-changed . I guess we have to rely on TS's inate ability to sniff out a good deal at a thousand paces , to use an old expression .
