RIO's Rossing mine has extremely low grades of ore but heaps of it. The only reason why Rio started mining the ore at Rossing was that there was a huge resource base and mining costs/labour costs in Namibia meant that it was viable.
EXT's Rossing extension zone in the north of our epl must be of better grade than rossing otherwise viability of mining it unless its a huge resource base will be unviable.
