while I agree the ground that EXT has applied for has great potential (not based just on nearology), I do not believe it is for the reasonings you give (though I like your long term positive attitude).
Much of the U3O8 potential in EXT's ground is related to Alaskitic granite hosted deposits (as at Rossing & others)- the mineralisation is 'intimately' (like that word?) related to the intrusives ie primary sources. The other interesting plays are due to secondary enrichment - given the right conditions U3O8 is highly mobile in ground waters, will be leached from primary sources, transported thru suitably permeable medium (eg sandstone) & will drop out of solution once suitable chemical/physical conditions are encountered. Leaching & subsequent deposition of U leads to deposits such as Paladin's L-H; perhaps Rossing Sth is a similar style deposit (however I suspect it may be related to underlying primary host stratigraphy? - better check that, memory's a bit shot). Point is, I dont think mineralising fluids passed from one ground to another, resulting in each area/deposit - as appealing as it may sound (though I colud be talking thru my ##se). I understand your enthusiam though, so don't get me wrong.
    cheers
