@malmanu - the rsi is one of many types of technical indicators. Its to be used with a pinch of salt and then some. What is the 'Relative Strength Index - RSI'

@Funkyroski - i have only used RSI14 - as its the textbook method on investopedia. Shorter periods increases the sensitivity apparently - so i guess longer periods may make it prone to under sensitivity - however there are probably situations where these settings maybe more beneficial. I'm still learning that. And as far as being here to teach - nah i'm a novice, just post to get feedback, get additional input and learn.
