With the increases in remuneration, it appears they've shown their hand in what is their No1 priority atm .
Anyone with half a brain would not have implemented any proposed changes to remuneration until 12 months down the track, with then, any proven runs on the board to the fore as justification!.
We as Shareholders have just been involved in a merger.
Has there been any marked progress of the assets in comparison to previous times since the merger?
I say much the muchness (although too early) so where's the justification coming from........ From some thing in the future? lol
Management, Directors of Companies never lose, never, never lose.
My opinion is that a Company should not allow higher remuneration or bonuses to some degree, to Management, Directors , until said Company has matured and is paying a dividend of eg 4,5% or ?........... Base their increases on dividends to Shareholders!
In regard to the AGM Presentation I didn't gain any enthusiasm from what was presented. ....................... and no mention of Toyota and ORE ?.
