Fact 3. I know they need to get Funding, ( Fact).
Fact 4. Read what SDL have Announced, ( Fact).
Fact 5. SDL believe they will get Funding, ( Fact).

My Views are based on Research, comments from SDL Announcements and my understanding of the importance to the Region that SDL Projects have.
My understanding of what is planed for the Region around Mbalam concerning National Highways going through the area and going South into Africa.
Rail System going North and coming close to Mbalam from Brazzaville in The Congo Republic and joining up to the Cameroon National Rail System that is planed to run just North of the SDL planed Rail Corridor from the Cameroon Sea Coast towards Mbalam

Why would SDL start land clearing around the Port Site when Cash is scarce?
Why would SDL have Infrastructure Companies and employees in Country pegging out the entire Rail Corridor from Lolabe to Mbalam if they were trying to preserve cash and had any doubts about getting funding?
Why would SDL start clearing the Rail Corridor of tree's/obstacles starting from Lolabe going into the jungle?

There are pictures of this work in progress put out by SDL. Fact.

My Opinion is based on Known Facts, not assumptions.
