I am going to start up front by saying that I no longer hold shares in Galaxy and have sold out at the recent highs. (Thank you management)
I've been sitting quietly on the sidelines having examined this recent deal and still consider it an absolute dud... As do many others I have spoken with.. "Seems like galaxy threw in the towel for the Rowley's"
But Martin gets 1 year at the "helm" whilst the shareholders of Galaxy get screwed over.
Even @GCar stumbled across the reality of it all with management scoring an absolute lotto win by agreeing and wanting everyone to come onboard for this transaction to take place.
@GCar even realised responding to my last post that Galaxy was far better off going it alone.
Read the reply though..

Out of every single angle he had.. this one was $1.6 billion better off, but he forgets to confirm that the Orocobre & Galaxy merger is a partnership... Of equals.. don't they shill it as?
Every share holder in Galaxy is being absolutely had in order to benefit the few that work for the company that are wanting to check out.
No one wants to invest here now and there is a very good reason for it... Look at the buy side disappear...
The benefit of the merger cannot even be reflected by comparison with any other company.
@GCar, how is Nick going? You're well... I am sure he is also.
This is an absolute con job in my opinion to steal value away from the share holders.
Ride it how you like but it's far to dicey.
