Ore Mining Begins at Kaapelinkulma

“DragonMining Limited is pleased to announce that the mining of ore from theKaapelinkulma Gold Mine (“Kaapelinkulma”) in southern Finland has commenced. Itis anticipated that the first parcel of ore from the open-pit amounting toapproximately 8,000 tonnes will be trucked to, and stockpiled at the Vammala Plantin the coming weeks ready for processing when required.

Kaapelinkulmais located 150 kilometres north-northwest of the Finnish capital Helsinki in thePirkanmaa Region and represents the Company’s third active gold miningoperation in the southern Finland region. It forms part of the VammalaProduction Centre and is situated 65 kilometres east of the Vammala Plant, a300,000 tonnes per annum conventional crushing, milling, gravity and flotationfacility, which also currently processes ore from the Company’s Orivesi andJokisivu gold mines. Production from Orivesi is now scheduled to be completed inMay 2019 whereupon it will be placed on care and maintenance while furtherexploration efforts are evaluated and if appropriate, commenced at that mine.

TheCompany incurred minimal capital investment to achieve mine start-up atKaapelinkulma, as it drew on its extensive experience of commencing a miningoperation in the Nordic region.”
