Reasons:
1.) They don't want to overheat the SP, they are still some months off BFS & the required equity raise & they want Lithium Partners to have another suck on the teat(so to speak, whihc they don't get if it runs to hard too soon.

2.) Maybe a hint of technical difficulty to overcome ? Over at GXY they released a Research report worth the read which highlighted the technical "difficulties" experienced with brine producers
