    If KIN doesn't accept the DCN offer the holdering in DCN they have will get locked up a illiquid holding they may never get a bid on it. What a major waste of money - the mill is gone and could be relocated??? if they accept at least, they keep their position in a liquid form that can be realised one day. Hover house is the new company - time to wake up
