GS giving them an upgrade is simply opportunistic, they are saying they are oversold, they are taking full advantage of the high short interest in this stock.

Upgrade is totally contradictory of course to their restated call that got world wide attention just last Friday regarding POG which they restated would be 17PC lower by end of year....
