hey michael, i am sure every shareholders would like an update on either and J/V or T/O, probably the management are not sure which way they are heading towards themselves.
i am sure there are also alot of holder that are also thinking of selling cause of the current uncertain market, but also worried that if they sell they will miss a higher t/o offer or a j/v where the SP will rise.
everyone just need to see if they are willing to ride the rollercoaster while we are waiting waiting waiting...
