Im trying to maintain some annonimity here but no I wasnt at diggers. Im also not specifying the size of my.....er...holdings. Im also in at higher levels. I never held any ARD. I agree the way the register is once it dawns on the punters that weve got a healthy and profitable cashflow we will be away. Theres a lot to like here and the people involved here are "fairdinkum". At this very moment we are mining. I dont know if we have fullshifts 24/7. Have a look at the website, theyre hiring a lot of people at the moment. These guys in my view will hire known quantitys for onboarding, they know the local situation and the people well. Theres a lot of people who have tired of the robotic like approach of the corporate miners. KMC is exploiting their points of difference in attracting the correct staff. Its a refreshing approach and it builds confidence in the management from my perspective.
