Nothing wrong with putting the "sorry we are full" sign up. If you want us it will cost you. Maximise your supposed technological advantage then add a rig here and there using a mix of earnings and short term finance to fund it. Rinse and repeat.
At the end of the day they are always beholden to utilisation.
