Dividends will be cut or reduced and oil will remain low for the next two years? This is the only way the U.S and Europe can stimulate their economies with interst rates so low. The Arabs thought they are ruining the shale producers but in reality they are keeping the west functioning. Then what will happen is that the Arabs are ruined and the west will power on after two years of low oil.
