More than $10billion debts in the current low energy prices market should be taken seriously.
Only if management can cut the debts by 50% for breathing space. The only assets can be sold for a reasonable amount are downstream customers account, which is the main revenue earner atm.. I am affraid ORG is running out of saleable assets to raise cash for debts reduction..
There is a higher risk for ORG to call a CR than STO..
