I mean if we look purely on crude oil prices, ORG is pretty close to its price in Apr May 2004 which had similar crude oil prices back then. So its pretty close to fair price imo however since $20 a barrel is seen as the bottom seems like $2.80-3 is possible if history repeats itself...
