The Net Debt/ EBITDA target of 3x is likely to be met now that the AUDUSD rate is 71.72c.
ORG should be able to pay off $4bn based on the APLNG calculations over the 4-5 years of the debt cycle.
Do the analysts understand the debt duration structure of ORG?
It looks to me like u either reject the APLNG forecasts and thereby justify the current lowball SP or u accept the APLNG forecasts, the weighted duration of the debt structure at about 4.1 years and the ORG SP is about a FV of $7 IMHO.
It strikes me they will improve on the dividend of 4% if POO stays at these levels or slightly below, they have conservatively estimated 4% divi based on a POO lower for longer assumption.
