Hi,
Unfortunately the bidders have no obligation to shareholders , Origin has.
The bidders obligations are to their own company and funds.
I can see nothing in the paperwork that gives any dates at which they are compelled to end any uncertainty.
In theory they can just sit on this until Origin says go away ?
And even then , is that the end of it?
For me , if they eventually come back with a ''certain '' $9 bid , I'll take the cowards way out and sell over $8.50 on market.
