The more I think about it the more suspicious I think the timing of the ORG announcement is. 2 days before the October 22 deadline AND from surface water ponds?

These wells have been around for years and there's never been a problem with BTEX. I'm thinking testing of the water directly from the wells turns up nothing. Maybe that's just wishful thinking but I do wonder about the convenient timing of it all.
