    The wells and ponds need CCTV footage and as much security as possible. I think the initial indications are that there has been some meddling. Testing water directly out of the wells should alleviate most of the concerns.

    How do these chemicals turn up for the first time right before environmental approval for the larger projects when none has been found before?
