Call me cynical but is a merger between AGL and ORG a potential post takeover transaction.
After all the big funds firms want to make a positive cashflow and are beholding to improving returns for its members, not just helping Albo rationalise the power industry in Oz.
Hive off LNG assets and separate new generation from retail are two potentials.
