Not so sure Sircop.
Xmas and New Year can hardly have come as a shock to the bidders ,and they have had 2 weeks since New Year.
So either things are a lot more complex than they thought , or the government changes are causing a rewrite of their numbers before they present a modified bid.
I will be surprised if ORG doesn't underperform tomorrow on this news.
