Ultimately I don't think so, I think Empire were put of a consortioum with DBP when they put in an indicative bid. I don't believe Empire put in a final bid, because hey they have no money to fund it... maybe they hoped MIN would fund it - but I doubt it.

TSV have some very good and big banking connections in the UK - so I am not surprised if they get Origins assets, maybe as some have said that Alcoa is in there as well. - the next play would then be EGO assets, lets hope our new team can get the share price up as quickly as possible just in case someone comes to play takeover...
