ORG has been consolidating at around $5.50. Given that new stock is hitting the boards at $4.00 this is a good place to be as all things being equal the share price will move north. I suspect once the selling of acquired stock dries up that we are going to re-test the $6.00 mark. Some that are buying shares at $4.00 are offloading existing shares and taking this into consideration the SP has held up nicely.
Although the capital raising has diluted the share capital and I would not be overjoyed being a shareholder then, it has de-risked ORG. Future cash flows at a $60 /bbl oil price are excellent.
