Agree wrt the argument.
Disagree wrt price.
Given Genorah control well over 60% of the company, they (and not X) will determine the price of any successful offer.
In that sense, the prevailing market price is entirely irrelevant.
Can't see anything happening at less than circa $3 imo.
Still a bargain for X given they'll get 100% control and 100% of cashflows from Garatau and all other projects currently under Nkwe's wing.
