I bought some apples the other day from the supermarket which I never usually do but strained for time and they still had spray stains around them especially in by the core where it dips in --- I lost half the apple just cutting it out - had to core it then split it in 4 and take a good half a centimetre off the inside of each of those wedges to get the yuk from where the dips in the apple where - the most nutritious part of an apple is that closest to the core so lost that bit + overall it just tasted pretty crap.
I always buy organic or minimum spray for fruit and veg that have no other option available but really what I buy is pretty minimal with such a great backyard & yes organic
