    what are peolples thoughts on Orica (ORI) making a takeover bid foe Aeris Technologies (AEI), looks like AEI has a great product and it is in the chemicals industry, where ORI dominates. valued at only approx $100 million.

    I expect revenue of approx $15million in 2005 & $45mill in 2006, with gross margins of approx 50%

    Just a thought....
