look at the balance sheet, its not real. There are significant write downs coming. This will increase ORI leverage. In addition whilst the share price is dropping, its enterprise value is not dropping nearly as fast because of debt. And its enterprise value that is relevant for take overs for this kind of industry.
Maybe one day in the future, but not yet, its not time yet.
