What did nip predict about the PACE grant? There weren't any surprises. Anything less than what STX received (one third of what they applied for) would've been an absolute admission of failure, since this grant was essentially designed around what STX are trying to achieve.
The share price has done nothing on announcement of PACE because it really means nothing other than the play isn't yet a total failure.
Hopefully this turns out well but i am tired of waiting (over a decade).
