Hi JCoure, the fact that they are splitting the gas assets from the retail business to me would seem a positive as far as competition is concerned.
Anyway, I guess there is nothing stopping either Brookfield or EIG buying on market to secure some cheaper shares until they hit the 20% takeover threshold???, though we haven't seen any subholder notices as yet
