LNG JKM now moving towards $20/btu for feb delivery and on average to be >$8btu in 2021 and beyond - which means their Jun'20 write down of Cameron LNG contract will need to be revalued upwards, possibly by ~$0.7bn to $1bn higher (pre tax)... wonder if we will see some early guidance pre results release given its so large?
Also APLNG gas production volumes based on Aemo's GBBB portal seems to be running >90-94% of APLNG pipeline capacity for the last few months, which is well above their LNG plant's needs which means they are either producing LNG above the already increased nameplate capacity (selling spot LNG cargo at all time high prices) or they are selling the gas onto GLNG and QCLNG at elevated domestic prices.
